Lidia founded On Purpose to help clients identify, align with and act ‘on purpose’ in their pursuit of excellence. Conscious and purposeful leadership generates vital and engaged workplaces, driving performance and bringing success that is meaningful in times of growth or change.

Lidia supports and challenges leaders to radically understand themselves and their impact on others. Complexity, leadership and adult development theories underpin her psychological evidence-based work. Esoteric and archetypal psychological concepts are also used to deepen the developmental process.

Prior to forming On Purpose, Lidia was a Partner at Reunion Capital Partners and previously a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs. She has over 25 years’ experience in the finance industry, predominantly in the capital markets. She brings extensive knowledge of business finance and strategy, and the demands upon senior management in the public eye, having advised Boards of Directors and Chief Executives of numerous public companies.
Lidia holds bachelor degrees in Business (Finance) and Law from the University of Technology Sydney, and serves as a board member on that University’s Entrepreneurial Leaders Advisory Board.
Lidia also holds a Masters of Science in Coaching Psychology from The University of Sydney and is an Associate Member of the University of Sydney Coaching and Mentoring Alumni. She is a member of The Association for Coaching International and holds certifications in market leading psychological and leadership assessments.
Lidia is an evolutionary astrologer with more than 10 years of qualified practice, a wife and mother to two young boys. She brings market leading formal qualifications, extensive corporate experience, evidence-based psychological practice and an understanding of spiritual and esoteric concepts to her work with clients.
